This 6 week study will concentrate on going right to the heart of this letter:  This is a final letter from a spiritual father to a spiritual son.  These are the last words of Paul that we have.  Paul isn’t writing about instructions for gatherings or the length of hair anymore – he’s talking like a person who knows that he has precious few words left and he has to get them out to his spiritual son.  This study will emphasize the importance of having a Paul and a Timothy influence in your life, as well as being a Paul and Timothy in someone else’s life.  The big takeaway is to offer opportunities to see the value in not only being a continuous student but also invest in others from a leadership standpoint
