These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to its conflict of law principles.

City Hope Church reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS messages from CityHope Church, you may receive text messages related to church services, events, groups, ministries, registrations, reminders, updates, and other church-related communications.

• Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from CityHope Church. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to receive messages again in the future, you can opt in again through one of our available sign-up methods.
