Approaching Scripture

Once the pursuit of following Jesus has begun, a disciple will almost certainly feel a drawing (both internally and externally) towards hearing God’s desires and directions through Scripture.  This God-given magnetism towards His Words too often produces empty results, as many of us have found ourselves saying what the Ethiopian in the chariot said to Philip in Acts, “How can I [understand what I am reading], unless someone instructs me?”  This Core Training has been crafted to help any person, regardless of theological understanding or familiarity with the Bible, learn how to both approach reading the Scriptures and hearing God in this special way.

Here’s a few details:

• When: January 21st – February 11th
• Where: Theater
• Time: 6:00-7:30pm
• Childcare will provided for $3 per child, per week. The registration will post closer to the CT start date.
